These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Coastal Care Core website and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only in compliance with applicable law and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the Services. We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms or a risk to the Services or others.
No warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COASTAL CARE CORE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (U.S. $100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will apply when posted, unless otherwise required by law.
